I have been so so bad at sharing updates on THE SUITE PECAN. It has just been a whirl wind of a year. With prepping for IVF, going through the cycle, pregnancy, and then having a newborn, my brain is swirling.
I did want to share with you guys the outside of the space so that you can have a better idea of what everything looks like before so that when we get finished it will all make sense.
The first image below is me staring at the back of the addition looking into the shop….the mess…the catch all, whatever you want to call it! hahah. That long skinny window can be seen in the before pictures, for your reference.
The siding has already been removed on that back wall and the ground is starting to get prepped. You can see the entire floor plan here.
The prep work for the ground really wasn’t that hard. There was no grass back there and it was all fairly level.
We hired out all of the foundation and underground plumbing. That just seemed like too much for us. We wanted to foundation to be solid….ya know what I mean!
