Laundry Room Makeover- BEFORE (One Room Challenge Week 1)

It’s that time of year again…One Room Challenge! If you missed our last challenge, you can see the full reveal and all the progress posts along the way.  A big thank you to Calling It Home for hosting this series!

This challenge we have decided to take on the laundry room.  It has totally been neglected since we moved in 3 years ago. Here is my plan for the space….along with a before pic.

Here is my plan for the space.

-New flooring…the space has sheet vinyl right now….so ready to get rid of it! We will be using Metroflor LVT.
-DIY barn door with hardware. I will be building a barn door and using hardware from Artisan Hardware.
-White waterfall counter top above the washer and dryer.  I am so excited to have more counter space in here!
-Add a laundry sink and faucet to from Blanco.
– Add an accent wall- still deciding on the specifics but something with black.
-Paint the walls white, the ceiling pink and an accent wall black.
